League Of Legends Tarot Cards

This is pretty much a small project I've been working on. E'er since the Lissandra patch, I establish out that all the pieces (Major Arcana) are in place, and can exist finally implemented into a Tarot deck.

Champions that accept already represented an Arcana will non repeat once more on another, only then to maintain variety.

Alright, time to bear witness and explain what, how, and why the champions represent the various Arcana. This will exist ridiculously long though, so carry with me.

The Fool

Main Pick: "Yeah, that tasted purple!" - Lulu

Lulu fits a lot of descriptions of a Fool, she may not exist stupid, but her way of thought is different even for yordle standards, let alone humans. She thinks outside of the box. She learns faerie magic purely because of her desires. She may be a bit lunatic. She appreciates Nature, and the beauty itself. A Fool'southward journey, ever since meeting Pix . With her absoulte lack of common sense, she is oblivious to other people's thoughts and is unable to fit with other yordles properly.

Alternative Selection: "A new journey begins." - Wukong

Wukong is a solid contender every bit well. Built-in from stone, he'south pathless, aiming around endlessly. Until he met Principal Yi, and from so on, a new journey begins, to fight skilled warriors.

The Magician

Main Pick: "For my side by side play tricks, I'll make your life bar disappear." - LeBlanc

Self explanatory.

Culling Choice: "Low-cal mage? I'm just an ordinary mage." - Lux

Self explanatory.

The High Priestess

Main Selection: "By force of will!" - Karma

Karma represents the presence of the divine. Strives to have peace, but will resort to power if required.

Alternative Choice: "We're all tied to the ocean." - Nami

The High Priestess also represents the sea. It is calm, yet violent as well. Nami'due south chore is basically a "priestess" likewise.

The Empress

Main Choice: "United, we are stronger." - Ashe

Married to Tryndamere. She wishes for prosperity and abundance, representing the Empress.

Alternative Choice: "My true beauty is below the skin." - Elise

Queen of the Shadow Isles. Desires for more power from the Spider God. Themes of ability, beauty, and satisfaction exists in Elise as well.

The Emperor

Main Choice: "The power... is undeniable." - Tryndamere

Married to Ashe. Symbolizes Fathering, Authorisation, Ability, Leadership, and Feel.

Alternative Choice: "My destination is accented." - Swain

Symbolizes Authority, Power, Command, Construction, Egocentrism, Rigidity, Leadership, and Feel.

The Hierophant

"The way is always the same." -

Zilean

Knowledge, Subject area, Maturity, Formality, and Respect. Fits Zilean.

The Lovers

"Charmed, I'm sure." -

Twisted Fate (and

Evelynn )

There'south but one pair of couples that is featured together in a splash, so this is perfect.

The Chariot

Master Option: "Ship me to battle." - Hecarim

Hecarim fits this perfectly, he's a horse, and his symmetrical pattern fits the Chariot's theme of "split in half".

Alternative Choice: "Fate has fabricated its option." - Xin Zhao

Chariot besides features wings on the rider. Xin Zhao also fits this, in a sense.

Justice

"The scoundrels will pay!" -

Demacian Justice !

The Hermit

Main Option: "Master yourself, master the enemy." - Lee Sin

A monk living secludedly, hardships in Ionia (self-immolation) trains lonely for self-enlightenment.

Alternative Choice: "I think I might know a relative of yours. No hair... sagging flesh... ever going on about brains. Ring whatsoever bells?" - Yorick

Lives alone in the Shadow Isles in seclusion. Volition someday make himself known to all as Yorick Mori.

Wheel of Fortune

"Fortune doesn't favor fools." -

Miss Fortune

Fortune, Send Bike, ring whatsoever bells? Bike of Fortune indeed.

Strength

Primary Choice: "At that place is no strength in servitude." - Sejuani

Forcefulness ever feature a (usually strong) woman and a beast. Sejuani fits this perfectly. In fact she defines Strength.

Culling Option: "They are null before me." - Shyvana

Same equally Sejuani.

The Hanged Man

"Simply a little bit closer." -

Shaco

Just Shaco's splashes have him upside down.

Expiry

"I'll put you lot... in my book!" -

Karthus

Grim Reaper.

Temperance

Main Choice: "Shall we resolve this noise?" - Sona

In-between Death and the Devil, Temperance signifies Harmony, Balance, Health, Well-being, Recovery, and Healing.

Alternative Option: "Balance in all things." - Irelia

Balance, nuff said. The splash art is peaceful too.

The Devil

Main Choice: "I prepare for what waits beyond. Shall I show you?" - Galio

A powerful being from Hell.

Alternative Option: "Not all angels are good." - Morgana

A Fallen Affections.

The Belfry

Primary Pick: "Succumb! Information technology's inevitable." - Lissandra

She's alpine (and I hateful really tall) slender every bit a Tower, don't you retrieve? Likewise, the Tower is never a practiced sign, meeting her ever spells doom (all the lore involving the Ice Witch never ends well)

Alternative Choice: "I will be free." - Xerath

Another strong contender. Should the twenty-four hours he escapes from his sarchophagus come up, Runeterra is doomed. And he'southward tall like a tower, also.

The Star

"Stars, hear me!" -

Soraka

Stars.

The Moon

"Chosen of the Moon." -

Diana

Moon.

The Sun

"Chosen of the Sunday." -

Judgment

"Your time has come up." -

Judgement (I mean actually, is there anyone else that tin can fit Star, Moon, Sun and Judgement? Don't arraign me for giving extremely short answers)

The Earth

Main Option: "Do not deny your instincts, summoner." - Udyr

The world signifies completion, and is represented by 4 things - Man, Beast, Bird and Fish. Udyr here has Bear, Tiger, Phoenix, and Turtle, which covered all four of the symbols. The iv complete him.

Alternative Choice: "Ah, the sense of taste of the Earth is just marvelous. Life is just wonderful." - Cho'Gath

Cho'Gath ate the World. The devastation of the world is completed. Time for more than tea and shortbread.

Summary
